Accessibility Statement

KERACELL, Inc. is committed to making keracell.com usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the recognised international standard for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

What we do

• Text and background colours are chosen and checked to meet contrast minimums, including for readers with colour vision deficiency.
• Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, and shows a visible focus state.
• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Headings, lists, landmarks and form labels are marked up semantically so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Pages are built to reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 px viewport, and to remain readable at 200% zoom.
• Video is never the only way information is presented, and nothing on the site flashes.
• Accessibility is reviewed whenever we redesign a page or add a new template, not only once.

Known limitations

Parts of keracell.com rely on third-party services — checkout, payment wallets, customer reviews, subscriptions and embedded video. We choose vendors who publish accessibility documentation, but we do not control their code. If you meet a barrier in one of these areas, please tell us: we will work with the vendor, and in the meantime we will complete your request another way.
