These Terms and Conditions govern your use of keracell.com (the “Website”), which is operated by KERACELL, Inc. (“KERACELL,” “we,” “us”). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. User eligibility
The Website is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Establishing an account
Some features require an account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep it current, and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@keracell.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Personally identifiable information
Information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our Your Privacy Choices page explains how to opt out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws.
4. Information you provide and submissions
If you post a review, photograph, comment or other material, you grant KERACELL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with the Website and our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant that licence. We are not obliged to publish or keep any submission.
5. Prohibited submissions
Do not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or that contains malware, another person’s private information, or unsolicited advertising. Do not submit medical claims about our products that we have not published ourselves.

KERACELL®, KERACELL MD®, MHCsc™ and the KERACELL logos are marks of KERACELL, Inc. Other marks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to use any mark.

You agree not to interfere with the Website or its security, not to use automated means to access or copy it except for public search-engine indexing, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, and not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
9. Availability of products, services, features and content
Products and features may be changed, limited or discontinued at any time without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, and restrict sales by person, household or region. Certain KERACELL MD® products are dispensed only through licensed providers.
10. Accuracy of information
We work to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but the Website may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We may correct them and update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
11. Shipment of order
Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Linking to this Website
You may link to the Website’s home page provided the link is not misleading and does not imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist. Do not frame the Website or present it as your own content.
